My recent order of these k-cups left me very unhappy. The coffee tastes wonderful, when I can drink it. However, every other cup is full of coffee grounds. This is the only variety of k-cups that does this in my Keurig machine. I don't know why - maybe the cups are overfilled? Coffee People, please work on your quality control. I love your coffee, but I'm tired of the mess.

This is a review for this version of coffee ONLY - in this packaging.
First of all, this is our favorite coffee...AWESOME coffee...amazing...haven't found anyone who doesn't love it. The coffee of all coffees.
And, we were so excited when we found that they had frustration-free packaging for this coffee. Apparently, whoever did this never tried to receive the coffee. They would not list it as "frustration-free" anymore.
The past three shipments we've had in this packaging have been awful. Part of the problem (I assume) is that there is a gap in the outerbox where the flaps don't exactly meet which doesn't allow the box to fully close. Two of the shipments had at least one pod burst inside requiring us to handwash all the other pods. The other one had some sort of unidentifiable debris inside (we assume because the box wasn't fully closed). We washed all those pods with soap and water...but after three, we're "out." I guess we would rather spend a few dollars more and not have to handwash 50 pods...

My hats off to this site on their Frustration-Free Packaging. When I used to order two boxes of 24 from them I couldn't believe how much packaging was involved. They would come in a pretty big sized box with paper or plastic padding material. Now I can get 50 K-cups in one package. I just rip the top off of it and stick it on the shelf. Well done!
Although I prefer a dark roast coffee many of my guests like a somewhat lighter-roast coffee. This was the first medium-roast blend that I started buying after I bought my first Keurig. I have given quite a few K-cup machines as gifts and I often include Coffee Peoples Shop or Timothy's Donut Coffee with the machine. The Timothy's is a lighter lighter but (at least to my palate) a little more complex. Either way I don't think that you can go wrong in you like a medium body, low acid content brew.

We use one K cup for 2 cups of coffee. We put it on the medium size and then add a Gloria Jeans Hazelnut K cup on the small size twice. It is SO good!!
